Caracas Transportation specializes in Flatbed and Conestoga services. We offer solutions for dedicated routes, one way operations, and urgent freight deliveries.
Equipped with the newest driver assistance safety systems, live streaming cameras, and GPS technology, our trucks are 100% ELD compliant. We operate only the latest model tractor trailers and use new, well maintained equipment to ensure safety, efficiency, and on time pickup and delivery. Above all, one of our top priorities is our drivers’ comfort and well being.

FLATBED, CONESTOGA
Choose Cents Per Mile or 30% of Gross
Flatbed: $0.80 CPM Solo, $0.86 CPM Team
Conestoga: $0.75 CPM Solo, $0.76 CPM Team
1 extra cent per mile for each year working with us.
– We pay all miles, empty & loaded.
– $100 bonus for any trip under 500 miles.
– Paid extra stops - $50.
– Tarp - $50.
– Paid layovers - $100.
– Weekly direct deposit.
– We run all 48 USA states.
– Mostly Full TL.
– Extra money for partials - 32%.
– Fuel cards.
– Flexible home time - upon driver’s request.
– Paid vacation - weekly salary average during the last 100,000 safe miles.

Qualifications
– Class A CDL.
– 23+ years old.
– Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL-A experience.
– Clean MVR/PSP.
– No more than 2 violations per year.
Equipment
– 2023–2027 Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with:
Automatic transmission, advanced safety systems, deer guard, headache rack, diesel APU unit, power inverter, refrigerator, microwave, PrePass, All-Tolls-Pass, and Samsara ELD with 360° exterior camera system (dashboard, side, and rear views — no driver-facing camera).
– 2023 Peterbilt 389 trucks with 80” sleepers equipped with:
Manual transmission, deer guard, headache rack, diesel APU unit, power inverter, refrigerator, microwave, PrePass, All-Tolls-Pass, and Samsara ELD with 360° exterior camera system (dashboard, side, and rear views — no driver-facing camera).
– 2023–2027 53’ all-aluminum flatbed trailers equipped with:
Automatic tire inflation system, scale gauge, two toolboxes, 20 winches, dunnage rack, and spare tire carrier.
